Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer free standard shipping* on most orders over $50. For orders under $50, we provide a flat rate economy shipping fee of $5.*
Shipping Information
We personalize and ship most items within 8-13 business days. While most orders arrive within this time frame, some may take longer depending on the type of product and personalization. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout. We ship via major carriers within China and to select international destinations.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to send items from the same order to multiple addresses, a shipping fee will apply to each additional address.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

We are committed to providing products of the highest quality and design standards. All personalized items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are free of defects.
Quality Issues
If you encounter a quality issue upon receiving your item, please email us at yaoyangchen1688@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Damage During Shipping
Although we take great care in packaging your order, transit damage may occasionally occur. If this happens, please email a photo of the damaged item to yaoyangchen1688@gmail.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.
Return Policy
- For defective or damaged items, returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new condition and include original packaging.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for most items at checkout. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays do not count as transit time.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to address issues or other reasons, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. These fees may exceed the original shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the personalization process. If you wish to cancel your order, only the shipping cost is refundable. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
Other Returns & Exchanges
Because personalized items are custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review all details, including spelling, names, and dates, before placing your order.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
